We use J & J Mechanical for service on our heat and air conditioning systems. We have a contract with them to come in twice a year to exam the systems and do routine maintenance. If we have any problems throughout the year, they offer us a discount on the service (because we have the contract with them). The technicians are always prompt and professional. We have been happy with the service
